Our Management Team

Our senior staff comprise expatriate CPAs and experienced local accountants and auditors, many of whom have previously worked with international auditing firms in Phnom Penh. Our junior staff are all graduates of recognized universities in accounting or business administration.

Andy Needham

Director

Andy is a Director of LRS Henderson (Cambodia) Ltd. He has almost 20 years of experience with accounting, auditing and consultancy. His key experiences include the statutory financial audit of projects funded by international organisations such as World Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Commission and local organisations as well as other corporate entities.

Andy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1994 and was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also an active member of Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA).

Dr. Yean Rithy

Managing Director

Dr. Yean Rithy was appointed as Managing Director of LRS Henderson from December 2020 with more than 25 years experience in audit and financial management, computerized accounting system implementation, database management and analysis, fraud detection and prevention, and organizational restructuring.

Dr. Rithy, DBA/ACA began his career with various organizations and companies and gradually expanded his experience across various financial management sectors including teaching at academies and graduate schools.
